Muscle spasms - mild to severe. Eye twitching - mild to severe.

Accupuncture, semi-effective, but insurance wouldn't cover.Chiropractic, varies by adjustment -- more or less effective.

Botox Comments:
I will never use it again. I had severe facial drooping which did not "wear off" in 3 months; at 3 months, however, the spasms returned.
At 5 months post Botox, I was diagnosed by a neurologist with permanent nerve damage. More than one year later, my face recovered.
